Convert my MT4 EA to MT5 [Auto update]

I have an MT4 EA that closes all open positions if my Equity falls to a certain loss, or if my equity rises to a certain profit. I just need it converted for use in MT5.

This is how the EA works, just in case you need to know:

The EA is attached to two mt4 platforms (A and B). A and B are both on same computer or vps. A and B saves there trade info in a "Common Folder."

so one MT4 would et the information of the other MT4 platform from the saved file, and then calculates at what Equity/profit it would close its own trades

This can also be displayed on the chart (see image below), so I can see what Equity it sets. 

Again the EA is already coded in MT4; I just want to convert it to MT5. If anyone can do this for me, I will be happy. Thanks
