Conversion of a quick Pine Script code

Hi all, here is the following requirements, should be a really quick job: 

- initial code from an indicator in Pine Script given, the indicator display the highs and lows using pivothigh() and pivotlow() from Pine Script. 

- The code needs to be usable within an EA, I am not looking for an indicator to be made

- Following the code logic to identify highs and lows: higher high, higher low, lower low and lower high needs each to be saved within different multidimensional array. Index is the order of the high/low (starting from 0), array should hold the value price and time of the high or low.

- Another code variation where the 4 arrays are combined within one, with 4 dimensions (index, type of high/low, value price, time)

-Highs and lows need to be displayed on chart 

- need to be able to get highs-lows and filled arrays on different timeframes 

 The Pine Script code is attached. Some part of the code like drawing support/resistance and changing bar colors doesn't need to be translated.
