I have an MQL4 expert advisor that I want converted into MQL5.

It has the following: Code is in the attached text file.

IsNewCandle, Checks for TotalOpenOrders, EntrySignal, UseBreakEven, UseTrailingStop, UseCandleClose, CloseAllOrders, PipsFunction, TradeDirection, RiskReward calculation for calculating Lot size. 

This EA was taken from the book "Expert Advisor Programming for Beginners by Wayne Walker & Tayyab Raskid.

In the EntrySignal, please add Impulse_MACD - so that the ImpulseSignal value can be used in the trade long or short decision.

The PipsFunction should be able to  cater for forex, indices or Commodities.
