Need to convert a ctrader tool to work with MT5

I have a Ctrader DCA tool that allows you to drag 1 entry limit order, a TP line and 5 additional limit orders on the screen. after each limit is filled the TP is adjusted to a % gain of the avg entry price, each limit also has an increase amount of volume which is calculated using a simple formula. using the tools panel you can adjust the balance usage, leverage, manage(this is a number that will be divided by the original tp % gain. for example if the tp is 1% and manage is set to 2, the new tp after limit 1 is filled will become 0.5% of the avg entry price) and loss(this % determines the stoploss placement for all limit orders) Attached is a picture of what the panel looks like.
