I need a spreadsheet in excel that returns the maximum lot size that can be traded (long) on an index without exceeding a % maximum draw down of the account and based on a % drop in the index value.

I need someone who can write a spreadsheet to calculate the following 

Excel that returns the maximum lot size that can be traded (long) on an index without exceeding a % maximum draw down of the account and based on a % drop in the index value.

I have attached the base excel spreadsheet template and also the requirements as zipped attachment to this job.
