Conversion from MT4 (.mq4 file) to TradingView (Pine Script)

I wish an .mq4 file to be converted to TradingView's Pine Script.

I will send the .mq4 file to those who are interested in this project, you can go through it and quote the time required & amount, and based on your response, I will select the programmer to complete the job.

Once you send me the file, I will test it together with my existing indicator in my Market, and if the outputs are same between MT4 and TradingView platforms (with a tolerable difference of about 5%), I will accept the job as completed.

Firstly, you can send me either the completed closed-source indicator OR the source code itself so that I can compile it - in the former case, you can send me the source code in pine script once I agree with the final version.
