I need MQL4 program that can send orders to the market based on the details in an EXCEL file. Details in Excel file will be as follows: 

Date: DD-MM-YYYY

Time: 01:01 AM Broker Time

Symbol:

Direction: Buy/Sell

Entry Price: (If blank, then it should put a market order)

Stop Loss Price:

Comments: (TEXT)

Exiting the position with profit:

Portion 1: N% of position at X times SL size

Portion 2: N% of position at X times SL size, once this is closed move stop loss for portion 3 to break-even.

Portion 3: N% of position at X times SL size
