I need an application that generates a report or dashboard based on the closed trades in MT4.

The app should accept the following as input:

1. MT4 Account 

2. MT4 Investor Password

3. Period (Today/This Week/This Month) or Date (From/To)

The app should generate a CSV file with the following report:

A. Trade Date & Time

B. Currency Pair

C. Buy/Sell

D. Lot Size

E. Entry

F. Exit

G. Profit

H. Total # of Trades

I. Total Profit for the Period

J. Total Balance of MT4 Account

Other design suggestions are welcome.
