Write a code that read in real time bid-ask prices on one specific MT5 broker and export it in real time to an Exell sheet or csv format

Not using a EA attached to a chart but just reading in real time every 0.5 seconds or every second the bid-ask prices of around 4 0r 5 major currencies pairs on one specific broker from MT5 Market watch or from elsewhere in the MT5 platform and recording that data in an excel sheet (or in csv format) with time pair bid ask. this for a period of 2 hours during the market are open. That represent around 7200 lines of data exported or more.
