Graphic Component in MT5 Terminal

We would like to put our game leaderboard in the MT5 Terminal as a component so players do not need to keep the web application open to trade and watch their rank in the game. This first step we would like developed is a prototype of what is possible visually in MT5 terminal. I know graphics can be done but, I have not seen anything of what's possible. Can we stick a .Net app in there somehow? No idea how to integrate a leaderboard or what's possible with MT5. We want to pay some dev team to come up with a simple demonstration of the possibility, and use that as a basis for designing and building the real thing.
