Pending order script

i need one script or utility or expert or tools for added

pending order sell limit or buy limit

the signal is comming from indicator by the price

this indicator working in fibo zone in different time frame 

as 15 min ,30 min , 1h ,4h , day , weak

as buy signal or sell signal

when the siganl coming as buy with 2 price 

buy order

CADJPY, H1: Current price 80.305 is inside trading zone 38.2% - 61.8% (80.310-79.863) of UP trend, time to  BUY

in this case i need added the pending order as buy at lowest price 79.863

CADJPY, H4: Current price 80.293 is inside trading zone 38.2% - 61.8% (80.294-79.837) of UP trend, time to   BUY

in this case i need to added the pending order as buy at lowest price 79.837

when the siganl coming as sell with 2 price

sell order

EURCAD, H1: Current price 1.48065 is inside trading zone 38.2% - 61.8% (1.48063-1.48474) of DOWN trend, time to  SELL

in this case i need added the pending order as sell at heighest  price 1.48474

EURUSD, D1: Current price 1.11789 is inside trading zone 38.2% - 61.8% (1.11740-1.12648) of DOWN trend, time to  SELL

in this case i need added the pending order as sell at heighest  price 1.2648

some time same pairs have different limit order with different sell and buy

take in your mind the indicator is updating or refreshing each 15min or 30min or as I adjusted it….

So I need the order not duplicated when updating or refreshing occurs

I need it is working with all pairs I attached it in one chart and working with all notification coming to the platform

I need the oder tade lot 0.01 or0.02 or…..

Also stop loss for order I adjusted as 100 or 150 or without
