Hi, bought this EA. It doesnt appear to be working like in backtests. The crashes are too fast for the stop losses to be respected. The broker ignores them.

Also on sells, it tries to place either breakeven or trailing stop every second and takes it off again. Please can you check if its a bug?

Thanks. Here another one. It only does it with sells. It places SL three times per second. It gets removed or the broker doesnt allow it not sure. Even if I take trailing and breakeven off by setting it to 0 but it still does it.

Are you able to add the option to disable trailing? or fix the bug by any chance? Also if possible that if I use TP then it doesnt trade until the next signal. Instant re-entry would be great.

OK thanks. I spoke to Deriv about this. They said the trailing and stop loss on Crash or Boom do not work like in forex. They are not respected as the crashes set the next price line. So whenever the price drops, thats the new price. If you were already in profit then thats fine but if the crash passes your order then it will be a loss. The opposite signal close works fine as long as the crash hasnt moved too much.
