Thanks for reaching. To receive notifications on your phone you need to set it on the computer MT5. Go to Tools > Options > Notifications. Put your MetaQuotes ID there and click Test, then OK if test message comes.

To get MetaQuotes ID go to your phone MT5 Settings. 

For email notifications, it's about the same. You will need to set the mailbox on MT5. You go to Tools > Options > Email. Fill in the SMTP details and the email to send to there then Test. Click OK when done.
