How do we know if Grid King is running in the MT5 terminal?

Is their a panel or something to show?

Hi,

the grid panel is turned off by default, but in the parameters, you can turn it on.  In the next version (with the improved infopanel) it will be "on" by default.

You can also check the expert tab to see if the EA launched correctly.  but using the infopanel will be much easier to follow what it is doing

- changed Autosafety parameters.  Now there is a choice of 4 options for the AutoSafety parameter:

• A) do not use autosafety; 
• B) Close the grid when Max Loss is hit. 
• C) Hedge grid when max loss is hit and stop trading the pair. 
• D) don't close or hedge, but show a warning to the user 

I don't understand some people here on MQL5.  A guy asked me for a refund because he made big losses, and told me the backtest crashes.  I told him, that the backtest doesn't crash, so there must be something wrong with the test setup.  I asked for more information so I can check it.  Also, you can check do the backtests before you purchase, so I already thought this was a strange claim.  

Also, since the launch the MQL5 version of grid king, it did not have any losses (it only launched 10 days ago), so again, I asked to have some more details about his losses because they seem unlikely to me.  But I would at least be able to assist with what was wrong with the setup. Instead, I get no answer from the guy, but just a bad review based on nonsense.  If people are not willing to learn, I can not help... I can only "guess" he was using it on a much too small account.. but since he apparently doesn't want to talk about it, there is nothing more I can do to help.

If anybody got different results than this, just let me know and I can look into what might cause the difference.  But MQL5 uses standard data, so tests should be the same.
