I misunderstand about open buy and sell (In tester)

Its available only in tester.

In real trading you can open orders with MT5 panel

I just Start applying this after lots of back testing.

In locking mode it start opening orders continuously. With very small gap. But distance was 120. I have 5 digit Currency.

 This is Demo Account. First I had issue with Live account. Then i did test it with Demo account.

It actually opens 20 Lock orders for 1 Order. Then another 43 on reverse. So total is 20 Sells and 44 Buys. Then it became 20 sells and 56 Buys. this all happen in few minutes. Then it starts closing few orders with profit too.

Initial Order size was 0.05. Check the image pls

 

Please Advice me what to on this issue.

Hi, I purchased Open Lock a few days ago - it has recovered 1 bad position so far, which is great! Thanks for the product! However, I have struggled a bit with the limited (albeit still good) options around which trades to close. It either allows a single ticket to be specified for all unprofitable trades. I would find it very useful (to help limit risk) to be able to specify all unprofitable trades for a specific symbol. This way if there were several negative trades across different symbols then you could select to only recover a particular symbol (or maybe multiple if they were comma separated in a list). Thanks

Scrap that: I though the EA was trying to close other currency pairs, but it only works on the loaded chart. So far it has got me out of a load of bad trades - great EA! Thanks!

Hi. I just bought this EA. Will also buy the MT4 version as well after testing for a bit I think. Anyway I would like to know if u could make it so we can pick lots & step distance multipliers to 2 decimals places on the panel and not just one decimal place as it is now. For example I would like to be able to select a step multiplier of 1.15 from panel but now i can only select 1.1 or 1.2. Or the other way to fix this is to be able to pick expert settings inside the ea (custom multipliers like 1.15 for example) but still have the panel open up on start because it has a lot of useful info. Right now when I select expert settings i get no panel. Thanks.

What lots do you open trades with? Why do you need such precision in the multiplier? No one has ever asked that before. I will make a note to myself for the next update

Because atr/4 open step = same distance as atr/2 after 1 + 9 averaging orders when using a 1.15 grid step multi. so u can use bigger averaging lots to help close positions fast initially but if price goes against, grid can handle big moves...

Also, lot multi can make a big difference on total lots of orders in market with bigger grid baskets so 2 digits would be more precise. You don't have to change the way panel works, just should be able to manually type the numbers (instead of using arrorws) for lots and step into panel to 2 decimals places.
