I have already checked all the basic settings:

- Auto trading is enabled

- The EA is attached to the correct chart and timeframe

- Lot size is set correctly

- Spread conditions are normal

- Broker settings are correct

Despite all this, the EA is still not functioning at all.

I need you to clarify the following immediately:

1. Is this EA fully compatible with the Versus broker?

2. Are there any special settings or set files required for the EA to work?

3. What are the exact recommended pair, timeframe, and spread conditions?

4. Why is the EA not opening trades even when all settings are correct?

 Sorry for the technicallties, I wasn't able to see your texts on time or something from my side is  but will assist, will check if the broker issue and I have updated the Robot, which version are you using and can you send me set files you presently using normally it does trade like Scalper

My apologies, from my side no messages came through, have contacted customer relations to look into the issues, meanwhile I have run some setfiles and screen shot, kindly run your strategy tester with broker we see the test as well optimise and use demo always to test, let me know and download the latest version for this set file version 2.40

I am not asking whether other customers are using it, and I am not asking for testing procedures. I am asking for a direct confirmation from the seller:

Is version V2.4 verified and recommended for live account trading or not?

Saying that “other customers use it” is not a direct answer.

The file you sent is only a .set preset file, not the actual updated robot version.

I need the full updated EA file for version 2.4 together with the verified live settings, not just a preset.

 Kindly understand all EAs undergo a validation test by Mql5 Validation procedure to make sure they can trade but as well advice any buyer ( https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/586 ) on procedures of testing as a buyer requirements where, rigorous testing and optimization of EA is part of  supplied Setfiles must be optimised due to broker difference and timezones among other parameters, Incase of bugs sellers are given window to fix, if you have any issue with new version v2.4 Provide log files to help.
