Hello - Thank you for the purchase! 
The box sizes are linked to the Font - so if you go to Properties (Right click the chart -> Expert List -> Layer Master -> Properties), Half way down you will see "Font Size",  Increase this to say "12" and you will find the user interface (Boxes) increases in size also.

Okay - Its because your window size is small , it is scaling based on the window size.  
I will DM and continue support directly if that is ok :)

Thank you - a new version has been updated - it has the auto-scaling of user interface built in, but the user can also customize the user interface size int he input options. DM me if you have any questions :)
