Because the last two bars of the Impulse System are red? The right should not be blue? Since MME13 is falling and HMACD is rising?

Hello:  I have a similar question.  Consider the red vertical bar (about six bars from the right end of the chart) in the chart below.  The Elder indicator shows blue, but the EMA (13), which is the red EMA line on the main chart window, is continuing to rise and the histogram of the MACD (12,26,9), which is in the bottom window, is also rising.  Shouldn't the Elder indicator be another green bar?
