Golden Tea Time MT5
is based on a classic, popular breakout strategy and does not use martingale or grid mechanisms.
Golden Tea Time MT5 only opens a pair of stop orders every day at leisurely English tea time, after possible market-moving news has already faded away. Once an order becomes a market order, the remaining stop order is deleted.
However, the risk of a losing trade cannot be ruled out and is then limited to just $5/0.01 lot. In this case, the following day's trading can be assigned a recovery factor so that the loss can be quickly offset.
Since only one trade takes place per day, the probability of continued loss-making trading in the following days is negligible, especially since the expert is already profitable even without using the recovery factor.
If the risk parameter is given a value above zero, then the risk of loss per trade is limited to this value, regardless of the size of the recovery factor. If the account balance is too low for this value, no trading will take place and will be signaled via the onscreen panel.
The default Takeprofit parameter does not represent the actual starting value, but only the minimum value. Depending on market volatility, an algorithm behind the preset value determines the cheapest starting value, which can be significantly higher.
Installation is easy on an XAUUSD (2-Digits) chart of any time frame. The onscreen panel provides information about some important parameters and provides status information.
The broker you should choose is one with a good reputation that offers low spreads for XAUUSD. It is essential that you choose an account that calculates commission (ECN, raw spread, etc.), as only such accounts offer low spreads.
Before starting live trading, it is essential to carry out a Backtest with real odds of at least 90% quality. Many good brokers offer these for a period of at least a year. It is also recommended that you first start with a demo account to familiarize yourself with the features of Golden Tea Time MT5.
The minimum capital per 0.01 lot should be over $50 and with a preset recovery factor of 5, at least (5 x $50) $250. This refers to the setting of Risk (%) = 0.
