Does cryptohft have any hedge and how is it positioned?

What does AutolotNoSrink mean?

Where can I find a manual for the program, given that it is extremely advanced technology and the settings are not understood from experience with other EAs.

Hi chpol8  . The EA will open with a hedge but it does not use hedging only at the beginning if you allow a buy and a sell order. It will then use the neuron settings to decide how to proceed  . You would have to use HedgeRock EA if you need hedging . All the settings included in the EA excluding the neurons are described in the HedgeRock manual which i will attach . Autolotnoshrink is to prevent the autolot calculation from making the lot smaller when yhr equity drops . This ensures a full recovery which would otherwise not occur properly if not set . It increases the risk when set but in turn also increases the  chances of a full automated recovery . In practice it is only used for long backtest periods as during live trading things can be changed on the fly. Hope that helps . For beginners only the neurons should be changed and moat other settings left as is . Each setting can be found in the manual for hedgerock . If you find one not included pls let me know and i will explain it .

_____LOTS______

Carrylots - added to the Startlot. When you restart MT5 the Nextlot is cleared you can make a note of it and put it into the Carrylots and it will continue. You can also add to the next order at any time but by changing the Carrylots. 
Once it is added the Carrylot is reduced as normal but the setting itself does not change. it only reacts to changes , so if you change it from a value bigger than 0 to 0, the nextlot will clear aswell. 
>>>>StartLots - Minimum Lot to start opening orders. The lots size will increase to compensate for losses but will start here once all losses are accounted for. 
The Autolot affects this value

TurboLotGrowthFactor = 0 - TurboLotGrowthFactor - if not 0 - Until close, each next lot is multiplied by this factor
TurboLot = 0 - TurboLot - Until close, each lot is bigger by this lot size

MaxNextLot = 10000 - lots over this size are limited from being opened - When the recovery lots or the growth factor lots get too big they can be limited and let out at the rate of MaxLotMultiply at a time
MaxLotMultiply = 0.667 the nextlot becomes the maxnextlot times this value. This allows you to open smaller lots or bigger lots in proportion to the MaxNextLot

CurrentLot = 1000 - Designed AutoLot Equity - Account size AutoLot Denominator
AutoLot =  -1 - Actual AutoLot Equity (-1 Current Equity) Account size AutoLot Numerator

______TRIGGERS______
Once an order in profit gets to the takeprofit it can become a trailing in percentage by the return trigger. If the price falls below the TP before the trigger is reached the order is left open to see if it can go higher. 1.1 would mean immediate as it gets to the TP with no dynamic nature.

MaxEquityDrawDown - 0.1-10% 0.3-30%  Emergency failsafe stops trading and closes all orders 
ResetonMaxEquityDrawDown - 0.1-10% 0.3-30%

______SPREAD______

Sometimes the spread goes very low or very high and this can cause orders to open or close prematurely.

MinSpreadOpen - If the spread is below this the EA will not open an order.
MinSpreadCloseProfit - If the spread is below this the EA will not close an order in profit.
MinSpreadCloseLoss - Increase avoids early loss with big spreads 
MinSpreadReverse - Increase avoids early reverse with big spreads

The history of the highs and lows etc is not kept for the ask, only the bid is kept. So with some spread changes some false readings can occure when history is concerned. To combat this we decide an average spread to use for the history of the Ask instead of the current fluctuating spread. We choose to use it or not with "UseInternalSpread" . Set to true once you have chosen your avaerage spreat to use "InternalSpread"

______SLIPPAGE_COMMISSION______

OpenSlippage - Max Slippage on OpenOrder
CloseSlippage - Max Slippage on CloseOrder
SlippageRecoveryRatio - 1 = Carrylot added to recover lost slippage profit over 1 takeprofit 
CommissionRecoveryRatio - 1 = Carrylot added to recover lost commission profit over 1 takeprofit

2) As an HFT... will I not get a hyperactivity suspension warning from broker?
3) I don't understand any of the neuron discussion - is this a set and forget? Or do you have sets?


Hi Patrick . Yes the video is AI generated .. not much of a video maker 😂 . No issues with broker . Pls have a look at the comments section to see how to set it up . It can be set and forget it very much depends on your risk tolerance account size leverage and so . You will need follow the comments instructions at first and learn how to use it . Personally i like to train on a week to 2 weeks and then choose a set from the optimization and set a target for the day and a max drawdown and run it for a day or so to hit a target in line with what the history showed in the tests . 

Every broker account and crypto pair is different so you need to follow the basic instructions find a good 5th neuron. Setting and then you only train the first 4 after that . I recommend low (1-10) for the first 2 neurons and 1-30 on the 3 and 4 . You can take big steps in the first optimization to find a reasonable setting and then gonin deeper for 0.5 or 1 step (new knowledge learned in the past year from experience)

You can do all this on the demo version . PLS USE MT5 . The problem with MT4 is that there is no spread history which you have to simulate yourself and its not accurate. Even if you use MT4 pls backtest on the MT5 version to set neurons as most brokers have similar mt4 vs mt5 and its still better the guess that mt4 allows . Hope this helps and yes works great in real accounts pls set the internal spread to your average spread . Set useinternalspread to true and max spread to 2 to 4 times the average spread to stop trading when spread is too high . Pls practice in a demo account to prepare and learn . All the best !
