Trading Dashboard Using MACD ADAPTIVE INDICATOR WITH PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

I would like a Dashboard Created,

Using  the “PA_Adaptive_MACD” which can be located in the Code Base.  As well as the Dashboard ‘Multitrader” https://www.mql5.com/en/code/24786

I need a dashboard, the same style as the “Multitrader” Dashboard, which displays the direction changes of the PA Adaptive MACD.   

The box that shows the symbol will appear coloured for the direction of the signal.   In the timeframe section I would like the number of bars based on the time since the change of direction.      
Most of the work has been done in the Multitrader Dashboard.

Push Notifications:  For the time frame 60 min, 4 hrs, 1 day, 1 wk I would like a push notification to my mobile phone and notification to my email address.  I want the text to read  “Pair” “TimeFrame” “Sell”.

Order Entry Facilitation:  The capacity to put orders in via the dashboard is required.

 I have attached an example of   the dashboard based on the style of the Multitrader Dashboard.

Please do not apply unless, you know how to take the changes from the indicator and put them into the dashboard, I have spent nearly five weeks with a
developer who int he end was unable to deliver and I need this delivered within the next 7 days.
