First steps in using EAs on VPS and copying signals but a long story of manual huge profits and huge losses. So, i´ve seen, that i´m too greedy and don´t stay at my rules, therefore i´m happy that i can participate of experience from other better or calm people.
At this moment i´m glad of reading https://www.mql5.com/en/users/weesoh88 because it seems to be that he really tries to point out what works or not.
EAs i´m using:
1. Alex Profit (https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/1623)
I started with a 2k depot at ActivtTrades and began with default settings (don´t forget to change timezone settings of your broker).
The Ea made 2 to 4 trades per day with mostly 10 to 20€ per day.
I changed the risk to 70 and now i´ve got 12-15€ min per Trade, so max. 25 to 50 per day.
01.05.: Week ends with 7.12%, i´m satisfied. Grrr, first two trades of the day and bamm - now i´m with 100€ in minus. It was my own fault, because of labor day there isn´t enough volatility, both trades opened directly at border and it goes in SL.
07.05.: Had have many good trades, but another two from hell, so at the moment -14%.
08.05.: Another bad day, again a loss of 18%, now i´m at -30%, not the best start of an EA.
11.05.: So, i´ll give at a last try, but it doesn´t look good, because he opened a trade within a range direct on support base and it goes directly back to the middle. The other pending order is on the peek of resistance, also not the best in range situation (if u aren´t trade innwards), best time for swing traders. Stopped trading.
2. Moonlight (https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/6383)
I´ve opened a new depot on icmarkets, because the EA Seller recommended it and weesoh88 also made some possible experience with. Today (28.04.) i tried but because of bank holidays we shouldn´t trade on this EA (too volatile), so i stopped it.
01.05.: First two trade days are gone and i´m nearly at 0%, my net profit is less then 10 times smaller as in Vladimirs MoonLight portfolio at 3 times higher lotsize. I asked him what can i do to be better (Comment page 11). Let´s see! I´ve checked the leverage, there is our difference, he uses 1:300 and i´m using 1:500, mybe i should reduce my leverage, think about.
04.05.: Changed leverage to 1:300 and AutoMM of EA fix to 5 (lotsize at 2k depot changed from 0.06/8 to 0.1/4), to get a bit more than 12€ per night.
07.05.: Will work a little bit on the max spread for some pairs and AutoMM for good pairs also (risk = 10) - tomorrow shouldn´t be traded because of GB Election today.

I got a third depot (2k/XM), because i would like to spread a little bit and i can only have one signal per depot, so i´m only using this one at the moment.
For the last week until now he didn´t made any trades, so i´m just waiting if my 39$ will come in in the next 2 weeks.
He pointed out that he only will trade when his signals are clear, i can fully understand him, so i will wait.
01.05.: Nothing new, i´m with him and i´m waiting to see his black magic :-)
07.05.: Now he really rides the dragon, 5 open trades, all in negative and no SL, we will see. He made it! Glad to follow him!

Because of the bad drawdown of AlexProfit, i decided to bypack a signal and i found one weesoh88 described also practicable - MegaForexEA. So i will follow on the long way. Stopped, because of stupid strategy behind his singal and loss of a whole account ( 6 opened buy trades at 1.14 (EURUSD) and EURUSD crashes to 1.11, drawdown too high.

Thanks weesoh88, i know now that are there opportunities to get rebates for trading. You can earn money by doing nothing more than
the usual tradingstuff u are doing every day :-)
I went to http://premiumtrading.co/?ref=5317 and linked my accounts to this partnergroup. For existing accounts you have to write your brokers an request to link them (go to details on broker search site of your broker), fill up the form with your account number (User profile/Accounts) and wait.
