This EA trades XAUUSD on H1 using a trend-filtered breakout approach. Trades are allowed only in the direction of the dominant trend (EMA filter). Entries are placed as pending stop orders beyond a recent highest high / lowest low channel, with an additional ATR(14) buffer to reduce noise triggers; pending orders expire after a limited number of bars to avoid stale fills. Risk management is fully ATR(14)-scaled with an initial stop loss and an ATR trailing stop that activates only after a defined minimum open profit. No break-even logic is used. All open positions are closed on Friday to avoid weekend exposure, and trading can be restricted to a defined intraday time window (server time).
