Trading Robot using Moving Average

I need a trading robot for Day trade and Swing trade. It will buy if price surpass a moving average plus X points, and reverse if price falls short of the same moving average less Y points (X < > Y).

It must work for all assets and all time frames.

I must have access to the code to change the inputs for backtesting.

Inputs:

1 - Moving Average

2 - X

3 - Y

4 - Number of contracts/stocks

4 - DT = 1, if I can end the trade in the same day, or 0, otherwise.
