Candle reversals detection

Hello,

I need a mql4 code for detecting price reversals accuately.

1) the code to detect the reversals near a given price.

2) the sensitivity parameter is required for the reversal detection.

The reversals I think is:

1) There is up or down trend in the recent past candles. The last N candles should be checked in details. 

2) A relatively long(not small candle) candle touch the line. 

3) If there is a movement to other the side of the line in the same candle or within 3 candles,it is the reversal. OHLC should be checked in details.

Please consider and implement the logic to detect the reversals accurately.
