Converting Metastock Formula to MQL 4 Indicator with Source Code

I like someone to convert a Metastock Indicator to MQL 4 Indicator. I need to have the source code as well. 

The Metastock Formula is below.

Ideally, you should be able to create an input and loop through the finding of the highest high value. In the above illustration, it is using the high of 3 bars ago as the resistance and the lowest of the last 4 days as the support. I need the MT4 indicator to be able to use an input for the look back period to look for any day to find the resistance and support and not limit to use 3 bars ago only. To summarise, I need 2 inputs instead of 1.
