2 Indicators into 1 with an alert that factors in both.

I have the source codes for two custom indicators where I want one to act as a filter to the other.

The first indicator is a complex bands indicator. Its very similar to an envelope indicator or bollinger bands but extremely smoothed out. This indicator does repaint to account for rapid changes in price movement but is useful non the less. The second indicator is a "non lag moving average" essentially this is a regular moving average that changes color/sends out notifications when it points in a different direction (blue pointing up, yellow sideways, and red down). 

The work I want done is to combine these two indicators into one. Then I want an alert system set in place that only alerts me when the "non lag moving average" changes color/direction outside of the bands. Just to clarify that this alert would be when the moving average changes color above the bands not if only the price is above the bands while the MA happens changes direction/color. I would also want the ability to toggle this alert on and off. In addition to the alert I would like an arrow, appropriate to the direction of the alert (up or down), to print with the alert.

Of course this is under the agreement that none of the indicators that I provide or the finished product will be used past development completion, or distributed at all.
