Add martingale strategy management system custom MT5

The point of our bridge EA MT5 to our binary broker is to automate a sophisticated strategy. 

Our previous programmer could not build our strategy so im looking for someone who understands what i need.

our current EA can open a signal on any indicator what produces a buy and sell buffer signal  and afterward it has the ability to martingale but what i need is a custom martingale recovery process meaning instead of basic martingale system i need a system what works as 1 but running something like 10 or 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 individual martingale systems. So instead of moving to second martingale trade on basic martingale strategy, every second loss should be taken on the other individual martingale systems in order to lower our exposure in the markets this will allow our accounts to take bigger hits and have our system run for longer periods of times.

Also the system has to function in a way it will always place the trades that lost most of the times in a row to the last position in the basket of martingale systems 

this way each time there is a losing streak the chance of the highest loss for it to win will be much greater.
