Pending Order Expert Advisor.

Pending order expert advisor that we can set pending order (PO )

Buy stop
Buy limit

Sell stop 
Sell limit

Parameter we can set
Hour to start PO
Minute to start PO
PO expired after X hour
Number of each pending order

Distance between current price
Range between pending order
Take Profit X pip
Stop Loss X pip

Money management for lot size true / false
initial Lot size

Trailling stop true/false
pip trailing

EA to check every new candle open,
Close all if exceed target in percent (balance – floating) true / false
Close all if exceed target in usd (balance – floating) true / false

Lock Account so that I can write client account number in mq4 file

Name of EA appear in comment that we can set in mq4 file
