Create breakout indicator and combine with custom indicator

As shown in the image below I want my custom indicator tp appears within a specific time frame and after cross the entry level.

The condition of the indicator as listed below:

1. The arrow from custom indicator should only appear after cross/open above/below the entry level.
2. The arrow should only appear within the end time and end session.
3. 3 different range to be provided i.e. low range < 20 pips, high range >60pips, middle range = in between high and low range. The range is calculated based on the high and low within the start time and end time.
4. For each different range, different factors to be provided i.e. low range = 2.0, high range =1.0, middle range = 1.5. The entry level is simply a multiplication of range of the box with the factor of each type of range. 
5. After the first arrow appears and if the second candle retraces below the entry level, the arrow should disappear.
6. The custom indicator(arrow) is basically made of 3 technical indicators, setting/source code will be provided after confirmation of the developer.
7. Option for arrow cross the entry line or open above/below entry line to be provided.
8. The indicator should work in all currency pairs and commodities i.e. gold.
9. I want this indicator as a single indicator where the code for arrow indicator to be copied in this indicator without using iCustom option.
