My Idea to EA

Hello.

I'm an expert programmer (i think!!!) but only in vb :(
I have make a fully functioned programm of my idea in VB that calculate indicators and trades, make trades on any platform(!!!), give statistics, send SMS, recieving commands from my phone!!! and much more. The problem that i have with it is that i can't check it with a passed time prices but only in (very slow) real time prices (of course in demo acounts)!!!!
So, i need an EA to check my idea in passed time prices. I see that MT5 has an excelent tester for EA's, but its very difficult for me to start from the begining a project in a language that i don't know at all!!!
I believe that it must not difficult for someone that knows MQL!!! As i see it has all indicators, routines etc. ready to use! As you can think i had write code for all indicators/oscillators that i had use in vb because it has not anything about!!!!

Lets make a general description about my idea. More details i will give to "my developer" :)
1. I Use a Short MACD, a Long MACD and an ADX (All of them maybe have diferent periods! Also MACD's may have a limit before give a signal and ADX must have 2 limits that will avertible to make a trade below them). I must can input All variables of them to test them with MT5!! Also i want to calculate them in every tick!
The above indicators will give the signal to start a trade at every tick, but i want to select how many times (continues ticks in the row) will give signals to start a trade.
2. For close position i want to select one of the two ways
a) Almost the same with open position (with the indicators and with selected continues times of signal)
b) ONLY with Take Profit and Stop Loss (or Trailing Stop if i select it)
Also i want to forced close position on a selectable time after opened (for ex. after 10 hours). Pls give attention that this must work and on test of MT5.
Finaly i want to have the possibility to close a position "manual" without stop the operation of EA (It will continue to calculate for the next signal).
3. About the trade amount: Of course i must select it at the starting but a) i must can chance it at any time and b) it must chance automatically with some conditions (With help of another MACD).
4. I want (when i use EA in real time and not on test) to "read" prices from some previous periods so don't need to wait some hours to calculate indicators and start trading.
5. It will be very usefull to send me (in real mode only of course) mail, sms or a chat (for example with viber) for some events (for example open and close positions or a problem with program). 

Of course some generally operations must be in EA "by default":
Selecting currency pairs
Calculate, especialy on test, the spread!!!
Stop/Trailing stop (Selectable one of them)
Take Profit
(Stop and take profit must calculate and spread)
Pause mode (of trades)

Also, at the end of our projection, i want EA to work AND on MT4 because there are many brokers that have not MT5 yet!!

Finally i hope that my EA code will not published and not give to any one for any reason.

PS: If "my developer" wants i can send him parts of my vb code that can help him to understand my idea!
