Code an Indicator & Script for a custom offline tick-based chart similar to renko/range bar charts

I need an MT4 indicator coded that is for a custom tick-based offline chart that does not exist.  I designed it, but it's similar to a renko or range bar chart. I did hire another excellent coder to start it, but it needs revision, so I already have version 1 as a foundation. With it, I also would like a script that would allow me to backtest it with 99% accuracy using Tick Data Suite. Lastly, I do plan to sell this as my own product. You would not be able to share for free or sell my idea or any of the indicators/scripts/code associated with this project. So, If you agree to do the job, everything will be considered confidential, even screenshots... and I will need a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) signed. I will also need the open code version for my own records as it will be my intellectual property.  I hope all that makes sense. My budget is $300-$500 to code this indicator and script.
