I need an indicator based on crossover of 2 moving averages if conditions are met by a combination of Moving averages. 

Examples

Strong Buy signal alert If 20ema crosses 50ema when price is above 200 SMA and 400SMA

Medium Buy signal alert if 20ema crosses 50 ema when price is above 200SMA but below 400SMA.

The indicator should have the following

1. 5 moving average input options

2. Moving average displayed on chart 

3. Signal icon displayed on chart - not arrows please

4. Alert signals

Please may someone assist me with the indicator attached, it has a SERIOUS BUG issue in the sense that when I load it, and activate the template (attached as well) MT4 ALWAYS freezes and then eventually disconnects automatically, ALL THE TIME.
