An Expert Avisor based on BB-SQUEEZE needed

I need a simple Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4 with normal options for the money management.

The EA must be able to trade with all brokers, accounts, on all currency pairs, all time frames by a demo account or a real account and with a VPS. EA must also be able to trade with the same currency pairs and with others EA the at same time in the same terminal/account. The EA will trade unique Magic number for each chart. It is necessary to create and to finalize the Expert Advisor (MetaTrader 4) to work finally on a real account.

The entry signal is based on the indicator (attached with the explanation) und another indicator, see attached (but with option: true e false). If a buy operation is close, the next operation must a sell operation (always alternating an operation: open buy – close buy, next open sell-close sell, next open buy - close buy, ect.)

Closing position: by the SL, TP, breakeven and pipslock (if option is true) and trailing stop/start (if option is true) or if necessary manual.

By normal loading in the terminal or in a VPS, after a new connection or failure connection, the EA do not open position on the current signal,but must waiting for a new alternating signal!

Trade time, other optional und messages and by reversal signal you find by the well explained document attached.

I heard that exists a modified TP that can close 1/2 position and 1/2 more to higher price.

I do not know how it works. Can you explain how does it work? Is it applicable to my strategy?

And maybe something at your discretion or maybe weakness?

I am an italian mother language and I know English at school level.

My experience is about 3 years in forex and 2 EA already built with other programmers, 

but with MQL it's the first time.

I am a person available to clarify and collaborate with you (programmer), I am also open a new suggestion to improve.

Being at the first experience would I need these answers?

Is prepayment required, and if so, how much is it?

How the program will be checked? Will you get a demo version? How long time?

How long will be the technical support and on what terms? Will the fix of errors (discrepancies from the algorithm) be done free of charge? How much will small improvements cost?

Will I get the source code of the program, and if so, when? After the complete payment or right away?

Who will own the rights for distributing the program?

Payment Methods: what electronic payment systems use? With Bank transfer or a credit card?
