Se necesita un indicador basado en Dongchian Channel, cruce de EMA 8 y 20 y RSI

Se requiere un indicador que compile Dongchian Channel con cruce de EMA y RSI, que haga lo siguiente: Cuando se cruce la EMA 8 con la EMA 20, pasando la EMA 8 por debajo de la EMA 20, y que anterior a eso, haya tocado la parte de arriba del Dongchian Channel, y que el RSI se encuentre con pendiente negativa, entonces me genere una flecha hacia abajo en el gráfico, de posible entrada en venta y un mensaje de alerta que pueda recibir en mi correo electrónico, indicando una posible venta. Cuando se cruce la EMA 8 con la EMA 20, pasando la EMA 8 por arriba de la EMA 20, y que anterior a eso, haya tocado la parte de abajo del Dongchian Channel, y que el RSI se encuentre con pendiente positiva, entonces genere una flecha hacia arriba, de posible compra y pueda recibir un mensaje en mi correo electrónico, indicando una posible compra.
