EMA with alerts via email and in app

I use an EMA to indicate possible trading opportunities. Once the EMA penetrates the candelstick, i review the event as a possible trading opportunity.

All i am looking to do is have this event trigger an alert to my mobile / terminal device, not take the trade. So i'm looking for a modification to standard EMA on mt4 that includes the alerting function please.

I would like the alert to my mobile phone and terminal to cover the below. 

when the EMA penetrates the candlestick the alert should be triggered. Note i would only want one alert per candlestick to EMA event. the point is to have the alert engage me to review my options, not produce an unmanageable amount of alerts

I'm not looking for a trading robot, just yet. although i would like the programmer to develop with that being the future state / next step

Notification method: to be received in mt4 app (PC and mobile), and email (gmail). Is it possible to receive an SMS for the alerts? 

Timeframes: 15min, 1hr, 4 hr, daily

Currency pairs: all majors and minors. Not exotics

ALert itself: Must read "trading opportunity, "Currency pair, and trading time frame identified" eg: "There is a trading opportunity. See EURUSD on the 4HR"

I would like to keep the flexibility to alter the period on the EMA as and when i'd like to
