Hi there,

My name is Adam Liddiard, Trading Director for New Millennium Investments Inc www.new-millenniuminc.com Don't look at NMI's website too closely, its bit out of date and not really reflective of entirely what we do and where we are headed. Probably what we are most well know for currently is the NMi Super Scalper EA which has had some very successful periods in its history, and although tick scalping isnt what it used to be, the exeprience taught us a great many practicalities/realities behind development and support of scalping based trading systems.

Im now looking to develop a new and ongoing business relationship with a coder here at MQ5. We intergrate EA systems that "make the grade" (not many) into our business systems and technolgy, so your code will be further worked on and be seen by others (ie, peer reviewed) besides myself within the NMi team.

If you believe this opportunity would be a good fit for you (to be NMi's outsourced MQ4 coder of choice) and feel like you'd like to work me and the team @ NMi - who are good and friendly bunch of guys from across the globe that make up NMi (Belgian, Dutch and German, I am Australia) - then these are the qualities Im looking for in a MQ4 coder - besides being competent in coding (which I assume goes without saying!)

* Number one - Attention to detail. Jobs need to be working correctly the first time as often as possible. Not wanting bunky code that has to be debugged and repeatedly "fixed" afterwards.
* Turn around time as fast possible, no longer than 5 working days from acceptance of job to completed EA, excluding the time it take for me to revert.

* If I make mistakes, which I work to keep as infrequent as possible, remember Im the customer and in my exprience - coders make more mistakes than I do ! : ) Any time I cause to be wasted is added onto the turn around time, of course.

* You must fully understand every aspect of the concept before proceding, preferably with a quick skype chat before commencing to confirm/discuss. Dont be guessing, it wastes your time and mine.

* Efficiency of dealings, minimum interaction time between coder and designer required, quick uptake and initiative required.

* Ideally, compentent MT4 backtester on 99% tick data and in scalper design+contingencies

* Be willing/able to offer up any obviously required design specs that I dont see/request

* Pref but not essentiall - be willing/able to offer up design insights/ideas to my designs
* the code must be as compact and efficient as possible. Speed of backtesting for optimization high priority.

This is the outline the first EA I'd like built, subject to minor spec changes along the wa if deemed requiredy, and Ive another similar sized job/different design as soon as this is completed.

Basic 2 x indi trigger system with grid (averaging/spacing/breakeven/trailing/hedge)

Must work on 4 and 5 digit brokers, HUD with display and settings in pips (profit pips, p/l, No of orders, volume of orders, short/long, magic, EA comment, initial lot size (maybe some more)

Must check broker lot size steps to ensure compatability and otherwise have error message in log and HUD.

Must check every tick if condition valid or order placement possible, if better price available adjust price accordingly (which will occur alot with reversion to mean pending stop placements)

Must show log of every decision of EA when when UseLog : true (when false faster for backtesting) (for fast determination of any bugs)

RSIPeriod : RSI period
RSI_Level : 20 = 20/80, 30 = 30/70, 40 = 60/40 (to save inputting upper and lower level)

+ some extras RSi rules

MA_Fast_Period :
MA_Slow_Period :
MA_Slope : X pips min slope over the Slow MA period for valid trend entry (buy RSI dips in uptrend, sell RSI peaks in downtrend) (0 = false do not apply MA filter)

Lot : initial lot size
Lot_Balance : true / false (maintain lot size to balanace ratio
DD_Hedge : at X $ hedge current grid when lot balance false, at X % of balance when lot balance true *
DD_Max : at X $ close current grid when lot balance false, at X % of balance when lot balance true

* this hedge can only be closed by trader, manually or with hard set TP or SL. When order closed the current grid re-comences per usual specs.

Manual_Long_Trade : true = immediately set pending (As soon as pending order set, user must reset to false to prevent addition trades after first trades closes)

Order_Averaging_Factor : X = factor to increase the previous grid distance by, ie set at 1.1 and spacing 50 ; 50, 55, 60.5, 66.55 (if no slippage or better entry with sliding pending stop entry *)
* if slippage occur, calculate next averaging order based on entry price/prices of basket
Order_Keep_Profit : X = pips from current basket order average price back to break even with X lot size (the EA calculates the required lot size based on order averaging
Order_Keep_Factor : X = factor to increase the previous keep profit distance by, ie set at 1.1 and keep profit = 20 ; 22, 24.2, 26.22
Order_Shut_Down : shut down system on next closed order/basket
Order_Shut_Down_Now : shut down system and all open order immediately.
