MT4 / MT5 Server Side Plugin Development Training

Hi,
I need a developer for giving a dedicated training sessions on "How to do Coding/Development of MT4 & MT5 Server/Client Plugins" in C++. 

You do not need to teach "How to program in C++", in fact you need to teach "How to develop server side plugin in c++ (not in MQL)"

1- For good training, you do not need to be a good lecturer, in fact you need to be a good programmer.
2- Training should be online via Skype and TeamViewer.
3- All persons who will attend your training sessions will be already good expert in C++.
4- Duration of a single Training session can be of 1.5 hours.
5- Total Training sessions can be 20.
6- Maximum number of persons who will attend the training can be 3.
7- Before hiring, you need to make 20 sessions (1 session per day) training topics.

OUR TARGET: Teach attendees from scratch in coding/developing plugins for MT4 and MT5 platforms. Plugin training should be based on Server as well as for Client side.
At the end of training Attendees should be able to develop high level server side plugin like "virtual dealer plugin metatrader" (search on Google).

Have you made any MT4/5 Server side plugins before in C++? if yes then tell me some names?
And also briefly describe the process how you usually develop server side plugins with c++(not using MQL) for MT4/5?
