Need hammer indicator conjunction to my old high/low indicator

My old indicator draw horizontal line at the most high/low candle among 300 candles.

I need a developer help me create and indicator that pop up alert and draw arrow on hammer pattern candles that near to the horizontal line drawn by my old indicator.

The indicator must have the following functions :

1) Setting page must have field "minimumCandlePip", default 7 pips. So if the hammer candle is less that 7 pips, don't alert and don't draw arrow.

2) Setting page must have field "maxDistantHammerToLine", default 30 pips. So if hammer candle is far away more than 30 pips from horizontal line that drawn by my old indicator, then won't alert and won't draw arrow.

3) Draw down arrow on hammer candle that near top horizontal line. Draw up arrow below hammer candle that near low horizontal line.

4) Setting page must allow me change color of up/down arrow.

Urgent need, hopefully can complete within 2 hours.
