EA based om High / Low of last candle

I need a candle EA that does the following

1. If price reaches 3 pips breakout from wick or body of last candle, place Buy limit or Sell limit at "x" pips .

2 . Take Profit

3. Hidden Stop loss determined by peak of last candles + "X" pips

4.  Time of Trade

5. Close of All trades at time

Hence parameters are

1. Time frame lock = Hourly/H4/Daily etc..

2. Pips breakout of last candle High/low = 3

3. Place Limit order = 5 pips

4. Take Profit=

5.  Stop loss to Broker=

6. Stoploss Timeframe = h1

7. Last "x" candles peak to determine Stoploss= 5

8. Minimum Stoploss= 15

9. Maximum Stoploss=

10.Add to Stoploss = 

4. Times of Trade=

5. Close of Trades at  Time if not triggered= True/False

5 . One cancels other= true/False

6. Magic Number=
