STOP Cut Order EA

I would like to create a stop loss EA which have below function.

1. EA will base on the balance (after equity) automatically to close the order

(for example,

situation 1. if we set the closed order value = USD1800, when Balance = USD2000 and floating loss =USD200, the EA will close all orders included pending orders, and then close all other EA automatically

situation 1. if we set the closed order value = USD2400, when Balance = USD2000 and floating profit =USD400, the EA will close all orders included pending orders, and then close all other EA automatically)  

2. It have a button "Closed ALL" in the panel, when we push this button. All order will close it automatically.

3. Trailing Stop Loss Function, value = True/ False , it have a function which can stop trailing stop loss (if the value =true) when it have profit in a certain of points.
