I need a trading robot on mt5 for simple buy and sell order based on two stock commodities. (paying big bucks)

please can you help with creating the following trading robot in metatrader 5.

stock ABC

if ABC's open (today's open) is +0.5% higher than its previous close, open (buy 1000) a stock position for example ABC

then if ABC's price is +0.5% greater than its today open price it should close(sell 1000) the ABC position at market.

however if ABC's price is -1% less than its today open price it should close (sell 1000) of the ABC position at market and then proceed to buy open (1000) of a stock XYZ position at market

then if XYZ's price is +1% greater than its current buy price the robot should close(sell 1000) the XYZ position at market.

however if XYZ's price is -1% less than its current buy price the robot should buy (300) of the XYZ position at market.

if XYZ's current price is greater than 1% of the newly adjusted price of the 1300 shares the robot should close (sell 1300) the XYZ position at market.

if XYZ's current price is less than -2% of the newly adjusted price of the 1300 shares the robot should close (sell 1300) the XYZ position at market.
