Konata Trading Robot and Alert

Hi!  I need a programmer that I can talk to in English by voice and through pictures. You need to ask me questions about my project if you do not understand it.

I have attached my strategy pictures and a Word file with the strategy.

We have been manually trading this strategy and want to make it into an automatic trading robot.  The original trader just wants alerts to be set to his his phone, but I want it to be fully automated.

We want to know if our EXACT strategy will work in the years to come.

We have been to three programmers and they did not develop our robot correctly because they did not have the skills to develop the ea!  I am very upset.   If you do not understand something, then please call me and ask! I am available.

Also, please understand that I cannot explain things in a MONOSTATIC way because I am not a coder or programmer.  I am a trader and a visual concept person, so I can show pictures of what I want and write down what I want in paragraphs.  You must understand and try to translate my concept into a monostatic idea or in code language. 

It is my belief that programmers solve problems they understand, not just write a code given by a person that understands everything about how to code.

Please, if you cannot be flexible and take the time to understand my pictures and what I really want, then do not waste my time.  I am not a coder and I do not know programming language.
