Indicator coding required

I am looking for someone who can make me an Indicator or EA for sending Email alert from MT4 BUY / SELL Signal.

It is 2 indicators Combination:
1. Moving Average Crossover
2. ALL_PIVOTPOINTS

the strategy is very simple

1. BUY or SELL on EMA Cross Over
2. TP1: Just Above / Below the entry 1st Level of Pivot Line
3. Tp2 : Just Above/below the entry 2nd Level of Pivot Line SL : Below / above the entry 1st level of Pivot Line

I need an email alert that's all as below
1. Entry : BUY / SELL @ Price. TP1 = {TP1 Price }, TP2 = (Tp2 Price) and SL = (SL Price)
2. When TP1 hit : TP1 Achieved @ {TP1 Price }. Book Partial Profit of (Entry - TP1), and wait for 2nd Target @ {TP2 Price } with SL of ( Entry Price. )
3. When TP2 hit : TP2 Achieved @ {TP2 Price }. Booked Partial Profit (Entry - Tp2) and Trail your SL to ( TP1 Price )
4. Any part when SL or TSL reached, Close your BUY / SELL Position @ (Closed Price). Booked Points (Closed Price - Entry).
