Create EA Based On 2 Indicator combind

Kindly create An EA for me based on blackdiamond indicator and EATA Pollan working as one EA.

using the parameters below,

Make Black Diamond default input setting : 14

EATA CCI setting: 9

EATA RSI setting: 9

Ma-peroid: 2

koef : 2

How it should fund;

(A) Black diamond can open a Sell trade from the candle mark when the black diamond line turn green

The Buy trade should be Closed when EATA indicate Sell alert at point (B) or if Black diamond shows up (point E) that is whichever alert come first. if Black diamond appear first, then it should close the trade but if Eata appear first, then it should close the trade.

secondly, If Eata shows up when there is no current trade going, it should open a buy trade provided The black diamond line is still green. ( point C ) and that trade should be close buy a black Diamondcan sell alert or by an EATA sell alert. whichever occur first should closed the open trade.

Thirdly, Only a blackdiamond Sell alert should open a sell trade ( point E) that open sell trade can be closed by Blackdiamond buy alert or EATE Buy alert, that is whichever appear first on chart.

TAKE NOTE: the sell signal must take place provided the current price of the pair is between 2-10 pip from the New black diamond Red line START. so make provision where I can set the pip value. so i can set it to what ever i prefer.

The EATA fund should be do in such a way that I can paulse the EATA from opening trades. should also have function for enabling on closing trades.

You can add 3-5 second between closing existing trade and opening a new trade in the opposite direction.

Add option for stop loss and take profit as well as trailing stop loss.

add function where to select time frame that the EA should work only. 

It should work only on separate time from. where i can set it to work on 5 min or 15 min or 30 min or 1 hour, 4 hour or daily. so it is not multi-time frame.

Lastly, i want the Black diamond Indicator i have attached below to by corrected in the area push button email notification. The push button alert should show time frame the alert was generated and the currency pair. it should only send email push button notification once from an signal. currently it sends multiple email notifications from just a single signal that is generated. so the correction in the push button Email notification message/alert. that is what need be do on the Black diamond Indicator..

I will accept offer from serious programmer that is able to do good job providing test demo urgently.
