An Expert adviser for managing manually/auto opened trades.

The expert adviser main is to open opposite orders when i manually place a trade, ie when i sell(123.45) it will open a pending order buy(133.45), with a lot size determined by the multiplier, and if the buy limit is triggered before the target was reached the it opens another sell limit on the same price of the previous sell(123.45) hence keeping the recovery zone the same until the target is reached.  

The expert adviser should have the following parameters that i can enter:

1. it must be able to work with all time frames

2. it must be able to work with all time frames

3. it opens opposite trades to the trade i place manually continues until the target is reached.

4. it should have the tp/sl (on /off)

5. atrtrailing stop which should appear at the set positive pips and begin to trail when the market is in a positive and at a set pips from the entry.

6. once the target is reached all the open trades and a pending order must close

7.  i should be able to set how many times it can place the trade eg 8 times base on the account.

8. it should check the spread increase during news and not trade if the spread is bigger than the set spread eg 5 pips

9. setting the time for the news functionality.
