Red and green dots needed

Hi.

I d like an indi ( its a 3 bars indi) showing a red dot at the top  of the signal bar or a green dot at the bottom of the signal bar according to the conditions:

the signal bar with red dot on top is the one wich has the immediately preceding bar with lower high and lower low and the same for the immediately succeding bar

the signal bar with green dot at the bottom will be the one with the preceding bar having higher high and higher low  and the same for the immediately succeding bar

the dot will appear as soon as the third bar is getting the right the right conditions
