Could someone please help me to add money management parameters to this ea - auto lots calculations, dollar amount, percentage of equity and percentage of balance
plus additional parameters to cuztomise ea like one cancel other order choose entry and stoploss x pips away from channel lines
will show full instructions with image for more details.
