I need an experienced and seasoned programmer with general software engineering, custom development and arbitrage experience using fast feed data from either MT4 platform/LMAX/Saxo/Rithmic/CQG then immediately initiating a buy or sell on the web based platform broker.

This can be achieved by an auto click or by any other means possible based on what you think its best . The main aim is to arbitrage a trade mimicking manual trade. This will not be specific to one web platform broker as I have couple of brokers with slow price feed. I would like this to be deployed on.
