Script in Visual Basic. Moving averages in

I am looking for programmer to write a script in Visual Basic programming language.

The script will be on a 5 min chart only:

1. Identify a moving average set up.

2. Identify a second moving average entry set up

The set up will send an email, market the chart and sound an alert.  (I have templates for these three functions)

3.  Identify a moving average entry signal.

I also need a second, very simple script that identify two successive down or up candles on range bar chart.
